"SosteNica promotes economic and community development in many regions of Nicaragua through credit, technical assistance and outreach to low income businesses and small farmers. We work collaboratively with our partner in Nicaragua, CEPRODEL (Centro de Promoción del Desarrollo Local or Center for the Promotion of Local Development) to promote economic development through micro-lending. We offer investment and donation opportunities directly to individual and institutional investors in the US, while CEPRODEL oversees the issuance of credit, together with the processing and administration of loans, to Nicaraguan borrowers."
